Pilates in Palma and Bendinat
Pilates is a very complete physical conditioning method that works the body as a whole. The exercises aim to improve posture, working on flexibility and toning the peripheral muscles, especially the deep muscles, which is what gives us greater stability. The aim is to improve body awareness and correct postural alignment, thus reducing ailments and muscular overload.

At FisioGlobal, we adapt the exercises to the individual needs of each student, taking into account their ailments, physical condition and body control so that they can feel the benefits of Pilates in the healthiest and most effective way possible.
We believe in prevention, in the importance of active recovery and in the benefits of physical activity, both on a musculoskeletal and emotional level.
For this reason, we incorporate Pilates classes in small groups (maximum 7 people) into our treatment services, so that the highly qualified instructor can control and correct each student.
Do you have difficulty finding times that suit your needs?
If none of our group timetables suit you, we can open a group at a time that suits you, all you have to do is get a minimum of two other people to join you.
