Meet our therapeutic services for muscle and joint aches and pains

The session has three parts:

Evaluation:

We conduct a clinical interview, visual inspection, palpation and mobility test.

Treatment:

Once the source of pain is determined, we use the most appropriate techniques for each patient and their problem. The therapies used can be combined and often this is the key to success.

Exercises and tips:

Finally we will suggest a series of exercises the patient should do at home. We will also make some recommendations to help us during treatment and prevent relapse. We believe in prevention and patient education to avoid perpetuating your pain.  

Massage Therapy:

A technique targeted at relieving the pain produced by stress or muscle spasm. Massage to relieve spasms, stress, pinched muscles, etc.

Myofascial therapy

Discipline dealing with the entirety of blood vessels and tissue elasticity. Beneficial for the treatment of both local and general aches and pains.

Dry puncture

Acupuncture needles in the muscle, looking for areas where maximum stress is located. Very effective for pain that does not respond to other techniques.

Osteopathy

Principle based on the interplay between all parts of the body. Techniques to treat different types of pain.

Neurodynamic mobilisation

Practices toproduce well-beingthrough themeeting of the physiology of the nervoussystem andbiomechanics.

Manual therapy

Analytical manipulation of muscles and joints based on biomechanical stimulus.

Kinesio Taping

Recovery of mobility, muscle relaxation and diagnosis of injuries in joints and muscles.

Osteopathy for children

Osteopathic treatments for babies and young children.
